Conor McGregor says he’ll whoop Conan O’Brien and Mark Wahlberg in the same night

Conan O’Brien is one of many celebrities with a small ownership stake in the UFC. Mark Wahlberg is another. Yet former two-division UFC champ Conor McGregor, far and away the biggest star in the organization’s history, doesn’t own a single piece of the pie.

McGregor has been campaigning for a UFC ownership stake for some time, but so far, UFC President Dana White has been completely unreceptive to the idea.

In the past, McGregor has stated that he wants to fight Wahlberg for his stake in the UFC — though he was clearly joking.

In a recent conversation with TMZ, Conan O’Brien was asked if he would consider giving his UFC shares to McGregor. He responded by challenging McGregor to a fight, with UFC shares on the line.

“I will fight him for his [share],” O’Brien joked. “If he can take me in the Octagon!”

It did not take long for Conor McGregor to respond to this comment from Conan O’Brien. Speaking on Twitter, the Irish MMA star joked that he’ll whoop both O’Brien and Wahlberg in the same night.

“Challenge accepted Conan! I’ll whoop you and Walhberg in the same night. Double shares for the Double Champ!” Conor McGregor on Twitter.
