Masvidal picked up arguably the biggest win of his career this evening, defeating Darren Till via second round knockout (watch that here).

As for Leon Edwards, the British standout extended his current win streak to seven in a row at tonight’s UFC London event, this after defeating Gunnar Nelson via split decision.

Following the conclusion of tonight’s main event, Jorge Masvidal was performing an interview backstage.

It was at that time that Leon Edwards said something in passing, which triggered Masvidal to go after him and throw punches (watch that here).

The fighters were eventually separated but their post-fight actions did not go unnoticed.

UFC President Dana White spoke about today’s backstage brawl with ESPN:

“I can’t even believe that this happened. We (the UFC) need to do a much better job of making sure this shit doesn’t happen at any of our events!” – Dana White
