The Octagon returned to the Nevada for tonight’s UFC Vegas 94 event, an eleven-bout fight card headlined by Amanda Lemos vs. Virna Jandiroba. The highly anticipated women’s strawweight main event resulted in a beautiful second round submission victory for Virna Jandiroba. The Brazilian was able to complete an awesome transition that saw her move from a choke to a deep armbar. She cranked the hold and Amanda Lemos had no choice but to tapout (see that here).

As you can imagine, Muhammad is pretty eager to prove himself after that incident.

According to Rosas’s management, Iridium Sports Agency, he has signed the dotted line to face Aoriqileng at UFC 306 on September 14. UFC 306 will be the UFC’s one-off event at the Las Vegas Sphere venue.

A contract clause could cost former two-division champion Conor McGregor millions in the UFC antitrust settlement case. The antitrust lawsuit against the UFC is over. The UFC’s parent company — TKO Group Holdings — filed a disclosure with the Securities and Exchange Commission revealing that the company has settled two separate class action lawsuits with a total payout of $335 million.
