UFC CEO Dana White is confident that fight fans will eventually see a Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall fight. It was Tom Aspinall (14-3 MMA) who defeated Sergei Pavlovich (18-2 MMA) by KO last November at UFC 295. With the victory, the Brit became the interim heavyweight titleholder.

Volkanovski lost the 145-pound gold to “El Matador,” and now he is being advised to take some time off.
