Jan Blachowicz is unhappy with how Joe Rogan handled his post-fight interview at UFC 282 following his split draw with Magomed Ankalaev. After 25 minutes of gruelling back-and-forth action, a dazed adrenaline-filled Blachowicz told Rogan he didn’t feel he had done enough to reclaim the light heavyweight title. However, the Polish native did insist he had to watch the fight back to give an honest review of his performance.

Despite the UFC roster being put through regular drug testing from USADA, Marlon Vera still believes there are fighters cheating and getting away with it. Vera took to the Believe You Me podcast with Michael Bisping and Anthony Smith to claim that several fighters in the UFC were still taking steroids and cheating the system to gain an unfair advantage. Despite USADA testing fighters routinely, Bisping and Smith both agreed the issue still exists.

Back in July, Donald Cerrone announced his retirement from mixed martial arts after a submission loss to Jim Miller. Over the course of his career, predominantly under the WEC/UFC banner, the man known as ‘Cowboy’ became a legend.

Pat Barry is set to return for the first time in eight years. Barry (8-7 MMA) last fought under the UFC banner in December of 2013 at UFC Fight Night 33. It was Pat Barry vs Soa Palelei (22-5 MMA) with the results being a first round knockout loss for the Louisianan. It was to be his second consecutive first round knockout loss. Overall the heavyweight had the dismal record of losing 4 match-ups by KO/TKO and three by submission.

Yet, he did spend 253 days in jail and the former UFC heavyweight champion spoke on the Keepin’ It 100 podcast and talked about his time in jail.

Kevin Lee is eyeing a return to the UFC to face Khamzat Chimaev. Lee was released from the UFC back in 2021 after back-to-back losses and signed with Eagle FC. He made his promotional debut with a decision win over Diego Sanchez in March of 2022 but has yet to fight since.
