Fan favorite Donald Cerrone will be looking to bounce back into the win column next month in Denver when he squares off with knockout artist Mike Perry at UFC Fight Night 139.

“Cowboy” was most recently see in action at June’s UFC Fight Night event in Singapore, where he suffered a unanimous decision loss Leon Edwards.

Prior to the setback, Cerrone was coming off a spectacular first-round TKO victory over Yancy Medeiros this past February in Austin, Texas.

Having been out-muscled in three of his past five fights by the likes of Robbie Lawler, Jorge Masvidal and Darren Till, Donald Cerrone appears to be bulking up ahead of his UFC Fight Night 139 welterweight showdown with Mike Perry.

“Cowboy’s” training partner Joe Schilling shared the following photo of Cerrone and the team after practice, and by the looks of things Donald has put on some solid mass.

After suffering a first-round TKO loss in his bid for the lightweight title against Rafael dos Anjos at UFC on FOX 17 in December of 2015, Donald Cerrone decided to move up to the promotions welterweight division.

That decision quickly paid off for “Cowboy”, as Cerrone proceeded to score stoppage victories over Alex Oliveira, Patrick Cote, Rick Story and Matt Brown in his first four fights at 170-pounds.

However, after an amazing 4-0 start at welterweight, Donald Cerrone has since dropped four of his past five fights.

“Cowboy” now meets dangerous knockout artist “Platinum” Mike Perry at UFC Denver.

Perry recently snapped a two-fight losing skid by defeating Paul Felder at July’s UFC 226 event in Las Vegas.

“Platinum” has gone 5-3 since joining the UFC ranks in August of 2016, earning stoppages in four of those five victories.

Who do you think will emerge victorious when Donald Cerrone and Mike Perry throw down at the UFC’s 25-year Anniversary show in Denver, Colorado on November 10?
