Leading up to UFC 196, many were wondering if Conor McGregor putting on 10 pounds to go up to lightweight to fight Rafael dos Anjos would negatively impact his speed.

Now, with his UFC 196 main event scrap with Nate Diaz set to be a welterweight bout, the question regarding McGregor’s cardio and speed has been brought up more than ever given that he will fight 25 pounds above his normal weight class.
