With just a little over a week out from UFC Fight Night 96, which takes place in Portland Oregon, it was announced that UFC flyweight Sergio Pettis pulled out of his scheduled fight against Louis Smolka.

Pettis’ coach, Duke Roufus said in a social media post that Pettis “sustained a minor injury and will not be fighting.” Roufus also gave his respect to Smolka for originally taking the fight against Pettis.

Smolka took to social media and posted a video with a message of his own, thrashing Pettis for pulling out of their fight.

Smolka said the following in his caption:

“Official Statement: I will be at #UFCPortland on October 1st fighting whoever doesn’t have their period. @sergiopettis wishing you a speedy recovery and a sponsorship from Kotex #louissmolka #UFCportland #TeamSmolka #hawaiielitemma #ufc #ufc #mmanews #vasport #defendhawaii #teamhawaii #sergiopettis @rvcasport @hawaiielitemma”

In his video, “Da Last Samurai” said, “Hey guys. I’m sure as most of you already know, Sergio Pettis pulled out of our fight this morning and I’d just like to wish him a speedy recovery with his hurt vagina. I understand that period cramps happen and he’s probably gonna be in the white shorts and it would be really embarrassing to bleed through those before the fight even started. So I’d just like to wish him a speedy recovery and send him a box of tampons, which I will autograph. For everyone else, I will see you on October 1st in Portland.”

The 11-1 Hawaiian scrapper is on a four-fight winning streak with bonus-winning stoppages over Richie Vaculik and his most recent fight against Ben Nguyen. Smolka’s first and only loss came at the hands of Chris Cariaso back at UFC Fight Night 40 in 2014 where he fell short on a split decision.
