VIDEO | UFC 200 Embedded: Vlog Series – Episode 1 – Jose Aldo back to his old roots

By Russell Ess - July 4, 2016

The historic UFC 200 event is less than a week away and the Embedded series is back giving you a glimpse of the fighter’s outside of the Octagon.

From the video description:

“On Episode 1 of UFC 200 Embedded, interim light heavyweight champion Jon Jones keeps the mood light in the gym alongside all-star training partners like Holly Holm, Carlos Condit and UFC 200’s Diego Sanchez. His rival and reigning champion Daniel Cormier trains with Cain Velasquez, another star of UFC 200, before heading home to cook meatballs for his kids. In Rio de Janeiro, featherweight title contender Jose Aldo drills with a recently-ignited fervor and goes to the burger joint that he both enjoys and owns. His opponent, former lightweight champion Frankie Edgar, takes his family for some tacos on the Jersey Shore and practices jiu-jitsu with lightweight title challenger Eddie Alvarez. UFC 200 Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the three championship bouts and two heavyweight collisions at the historic UFC 200, taking place Saturday, July 9 on Pay-Per-View.”
