Current UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor has made a fortune by destroying opponents with his brutal left hand.

“Mystic Mac” became the first UFC fighter in history to simultaneously hold two belts in different weight classes at November’s UFC 205 event in New York, this after he finished Eddie Alvarez via a sensational second-round knockout.

Alvarez is not the only opponent to get put away by McGregor’s nasty left hand. Fellow UFC standouts Jose Aldo, Chad Mendes, Dustin Poirier, Marcus Brimage and Dennis Siver have all fallen to the iron left hand of “The Notorious”.

McGregor will face his stiffest challenge to date next weekend when he makes his professional boxing debut opposite undefeated legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather.

If Conor is to defy the odds and emerge victorious against Mayweather on August 26 he will surely need to do so by utilizing his lightning-quick left hand.
