Charles Oliveira wants to fight Conor McGregor for the vacant UFC lightweight title. Oliveira lost his lightweight title on the scale at UFC 274 as he missed weight but ended up submitting Justin Gaethje in the first round leaving the belt to be vacant. Although he is no longer the champ, Dana White has said Oliveira will be one-half of a vacant title fight and he wants to face the Irishman for a few reasons.

Following UFC 275, there have been major changes in the UFC rankings this week. Jiri Prochazka (29-3 MMA) has made his debut on the UFC P4P rankings list, coming in at # 11. This of course follows his victory over Glover Teixeira (33-8 MMA) last Saturday night in Kallang, Singapore. It was in round five, with only 28 seconds left on the clock that Prochazka finished Teixeira via rear-naked choke, becoming the Czech Republic’s first ever UFC champion.

Daukaus ended up winning by first-round submission and after the victory, he figured he would be rebooked against Marquez. Instead, he was booked against Dolidze, who he was supposed to face last November.
