Colby Covington believes he still has plenty left in his career after his loss at UFC Tampa. Covington suffered a third-round doctor stoppage loss to Joaquin Buckley due to a nasty cut above his eye. It was Covington’s second straight loss and given he’s turning 37 in February, many wondered what the future would hold for him.

Back for the first time since a unanimous decision loss to Leon Edwards last December, Colby Covington faced the fastly rising Joaquin Buckley. The former interim welterweight champion took the fight on short notice, stepping in after Ian Machado Garry was pulled to face Shavkat Rakhmonov at UFC 310.

Back for the first time since a controversial decision loss to Andre Fili in June, Cub Swanson faced Billy Quarantillo. A fellow action fighter in his own right, ‘Billy Q’ entered the bout after a submission loss to Youssef Zalal in March.
