Wait, There’s A UFC Iran?

So apparently there was just a UFC event in Iran called UFC Iran 12, who knew?

That’s according to the ‘Iranian UFC president Master’, Ali dehghani sheeva who posted photos of his event on his website ufciran.com and also shared them on the UG.

Is UFC Iran affiliated with the UFC you all know, that’s operated here in the states? Well, probably not since sanctions currently keep any US company from doing business in Iran. Twelve events strong, that’s pretty impressive.
