Brittney Palmer’s Husband Will Not Face Attempted Murder Charges
It looks like Brittney Palmer’s husband will not be facing attempted murder charges after all.
The UFC octagon girl’s husband, Aaron Zalewski, was arrested after an incident occurred where he allegedly attacked Palmer and choked her after hearing a casting agent call her babe on the phone.
He was arrested for attempted murder but now, according to a report from TMZ Sports, he will not be facing those or any other charges. Instead, the two will apparently appear before the L.A. City Attorney and have some sort of meeting. According to the report, if Zalewski shows remorse and admits to it then he won’t be prosecuted, but could be forced to undergo anger management treatment.
The report also says that there will be an agreement that if something like this happens again within the statue of limitations, then the City Attorney will be able to prosecute the husband.
