After UFC 170, Ronda Rousey Will Be One of the Top Ten Earners in UFC History
Even though she has only fought twice in the octagon, Ronda Rousey is one fight away from being one of the Top 10 all time earners in UFC history. Once UFC 170 is in the books, she will be among a very rich group of fighters.
UFC President Dana White mentioned this tidbit during a recent media appearance and Jeremy Botter tweeted the information. White did not elaborate on who else was in the elite group, but it is safe to assume Rousey will be enjoying the company of fighters like Georges St. Pierre and Anderson Silva.
Ronda Rousey will be defending her UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship against Sara McMann at UFC 170. The fight is scheduled to take place on February 22nd at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The card saw a recent shakeup when co main-event fighter Rashad Evans was forced to pull out of his bout due to an injury. Daniel Cormier will remain on the card, however, as the UFC signed a new fighter just to fill the spot.
