“In the last two years it just became so huge, since we changed the policy for management and training of only 5%,” said Alves. “So if you want to have top quality training and the best management out there, we only charge 5%. All the other camps out there are usually 10% for management and another 10% for training. So if you got talent and if you need a new camp, come to us, we’ll take care of you.”
