BREAKING: Nick Diaz eligible to fight August 1st

It was expected that the NSAC would give their final ruling on their settlement talks with Nick Diaz today during their hearing, and they delivered!

Ariel Helwani is reporting that Diaz’s suspension has been shortened to 18 months, and his fine had been reduced to $100,000. Given the reduced suspension, Diaz is eligible to fight August 1st of this year.

The terms of Nick Diaz's settlement with Nevada are: 18 month suspension and 100k fine, per multiple sources. He's free to fight on 8/1/16.

Same that we reported months ago. They couldn't get Diaz on the tests but they got him on not accurately filing out the questionnaire.
