Coach – “I Will Bring Back the Old Shogun Rua”

“It will happen and I really want it to happen… Mauricio will move to California in the middle of April. There’s still some problems we need to fix, he needs to get a car and a house, but that’s it. He’s coming and we will do his next training camp. I know him since he started training. I believe that if you motivate him, he will be the best again. That’s what I’ll try to do, motivate him to bring back the old Shogun. He’s only 33 years old, he has a great future. I’ll do my best to bring him back”.

In a recent interview with “In the Cage with Bards“, Rafael Cordeiro, UFC light heavyweight Shogun Rua’s coach, said he wanted to work on getting him back to the old Shogun.
