‘Cyborg’ Threatens Legal Action Against Ronda Rousey for Slanderous Steroid Talk
Now that Bethe Correia is out of the picture, fans and fighters alike are letting it be known that they want to see Ronda Rousey face Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino next. It turns out we may get to see them go head to head, just not in the octagon.
After the pay-per-view portion of “UFC 190” went off the air, Rousey was asked whether she would like to face Miesha Tate or Cyborg next. She responded, “I prefer to fight who makes weight and doesn’t do drugs”. Rousey later stated, “She can fight at 145 pumped full of steroids or she can make the weight just like everybody else without them.”
“Cyborg” was far from happy once she heard what Rousey said, and tweeted the following on Sunday:
I pass the same exams @rondarousey takes to prove she’s clean for the same company #zuffa. #drugfree @ufc pic.twitter.com/raewuqYdbH
