Dan Hardy breaks down “UFC Fight Night: Duffy vs. Poirier”
Joe Duffy has the opportunity of a lifetime in front of him at “UFC Fight Night: Duffy vs. Poirier” when he fights in his first main-event in front of his home-crowd. Dustin ‘The Diamond’ Poirier will be standing opposite of him in the octagon on Saturday night and he is riding quite the wave of momentum as well with a two-fight win streak.
With a combined thirty-seven matches to their names, Duffy and Poirier only share one common opponent: Current UFC Interim Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor. Poirier’s fight with McGregor did not go as planned as “The Notorious” handed Poirier his third loss in the octagon. Duffy, however, managed to submit McGregor in just thirty-nine seconds.
MMA math is no real way to analyze a fight, so let Dan Hardy break down the upcoming card for you in another edition of “Inside The Octagon”!
