Dan Henderson And Frank Shamrock Grapple In Old School Match

Well here’s a petty cool TBT for your October Thursday. It’s an old school grappling match between MMA legends Dan Henderson and Frank Shamrock.
When I say old, I mean old. It took place back when Shamrock was only 25 years old and Henderson only 27. The two met in a grappling match, but it didn’t last long. Shamrock dove for the leg and eventually locked up a submission pretty early on, forcing Henderson to tap.
Henderson is still at it, and will fight Vitor Belfort on Nov. 7.
