Dana White Calls BS On Brendan Schaub’s Sponsorship Pay Claims
UFC president isn’t picking up what heavyweight Brendan Schaub is putting down.
Schaub has been vocal about his sponsorship pay before the UFC/Reebok deal takes effect. Saying that he made 6 figures in sponsorship money for his last six fights. With the new Reebok deal, Schaub would make 10k per fight.
White appeared on Off the Record with Michael Landsberg and discussed the deal and Schaub’s claims.
After laughing and reading off all of Schaub’s sponsors, like Keepitplayful.com and NOHO Hangover, White said, sarcastically, “I’m sure this guy is making over $100,000 a fight.”
Apparently, according to Schaub, White was misinformed and those aren’t even his sponsors.
