Dana White Wants Woodley vs. Lombard

With Matt Brown’s sights set on a fight against Carlos Condit, Tyron Woodley has been left without an opponent, however Hector Lombard has apparently agreed to fight his teammate if things line up.

Dana White spoke to UFC.com:

“What’s weird about that is that Woodley [No. 3] calls out Matt Brown [No. 5], but he’s ranked higher than Matt Brown,” White told UFC.com. “But we want to do Tyron Woodley vs. Hector Lombard – that’s the fight we want to do.”

“Hector said yes, we’re just waiting to hear from Woodley,” said White. “Lombard said he would fight him, no problem.”

White also added that a bout between Brown and Condit was “Very possible”
