Derek Brunson Plans Return To Jackson Camp After UFC 177 Victory

“I need to get back out to Greg Jackson’s. He cornered me (Saturday), but I stayed home for this training camp so I could be with my daughters during the summer time. I just need to get back out there and get full camps in. I was definitely a little rusty out there, considering I haven’t fought since January and I had a broken jaw. So that played a factor in my performance tonight. I just need to keep getting better – that’s it.”

Derek Brunson put on a dominant performance Saturday night at UFC 177 where he took the fight to Lorenz Larkin for three full rounds to capture a unanimous decision win.
