Frank Mir Wants Brock Lesnar Rubber Match

Former UFC champion Frank Mir is looking for a potential rubber match with one of his greatest enemies, Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar, who is currently working with the WWE, hasn’t seen action in the Octagon since December of 2011 when he lost to Alistair Overeem after a brutal body kick.

Mir spoke to Combate.com about his desire to face his longtime rival once more in the Octagon.

“I think that his come back would be good for MMA. He’s still popular, people know who he is and he brings attention. We are tied with one win each. I would enjoy a rubber match. I would like to welcome him back to the UFC.”
