Brandon ‘RUKUS’ Thatch welcomes in replacement fighter Benson ‘SMOOTH’ Henderson for the Main Event at UFC Fight Night 60.
Taking place in Bloomfield, Colorado; Thatch is excited to have the opportunity to be in the headlining fight in front of his hometown fans, friends, and family.
Benson (21-5), fresh off of two straight losses, bumps up a weight class from 155 to 170 to face Thatch (11-1) in this Main Fight fireworks collision. Under-stated and Under-estimated, Thatch stands at 6’1 and is one of the biggest Welterweights with arguably the most electric striking in the division. Benson is on a two fight slide and is in desperate need of a win. Look for these two to both have violent intentions with something to prove; Our gut says this fight won’t be left in the judges hands.
