He Can FLY! Jon Jones Can Travel Out of State for UFC 187
Jon Jones appeared in front of Judge Maria Dominguez at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court in Albuquerque, New Mexico to review whether or not the officer has a reason to arrest him in the first place.
The UFC Light Heavyweight Champion did not enter a plea at the proceeding and a sixty day rule date has been established according to the court spokesman, Camille Cordova. Vincent Ward, Jones’ attorney, did not make an argument against that and Judge Dominguez proceeded to set conditions for release, according to MMAMania.
Until June 29th, 2015, Jones cannot consume drugs or alcohol.
Those conditions include no drugs or alcohol during that timeframe, which concludes on June 29, 2015. The court’s spokesman also mentioned that Jones’ lawyer requested that he have no travel restrictions within that timeframe which Judge Dominguez granted.
