Henderson looking to “test the market” following completion of contract

This morning when Benson Henderson defeated Jorge Masvidal in Seoul, Korea he also completed his contract with the UFC.

Henderson removed his gloves inside the Octagon, leaving many to wonder if he was going to be stepping away from the Octagon.

Following the fight, he spoke to MMAJunkie about what’s next for him.

“When I retire, it will be retiring in the UFC – I know that for sure, but I’m going to test the market, yes.”

“I’m not trying to send any message of any type, but if it plays out a certain way, I want to have some pretty good memories to go out on,”
