Hendricks vs. Woodley Pulled From UFC 192 After Hendricks Weight Cut Issue
In a very shocking and unexpected turn of events, the UFC welterweight scrap between former champ Johny Hendricks and Tyron Woodley at this Saturday’s UFC 192 has been pulled from the card.
The news come straight from UFC president Dana White, who sent out a tweet only saying that the fight was off after an issue with Hendricks’ weight cut.
This is especially surprising because leading up to the fight a lot has been said about how great Hendricks looked, as in ripped and in shape. He’s had issues before with cutting weight, but after his last fight went smoothly and he was able to make weight pretty easily, it seemed like it was a thing of the past.
No information has been released by the UFC yet, but we’ll keep you updated.
The UFC 192 weigh-ins are set to go down today at 5PM ET, right here on BJPENN.COM
