Joanna Jedrzejczyk: I Can Strike. Penne, Not So Much
“I don’t like trash talk, I hate it. But I’m training so hard, it’s my life, it’s part of me. So it’s natural, I’m not fake and I don’t have two faces. It’s me, Joanna, and they cannot copy me. I am original, that’s why I’m here.”
“She didn’t have a good striker as an opponent. I know how to strike, she doesn’t. But if she wants to play with me on the ground, first of all she must take me down — and that isn’t easy.”
That’s what the champion had to say about her upcoming opponent this Saturday in Berlin. While talking to GroundandPound.de, the UFC strawweight champion mentioned that she really does not care for all the trash talk, but does think her opponent has not faced a striker as good as her before.
