Joanna Jedrzejczyk: ‘I want to fight for 2-3 more years’
Joanna Jedrzejczyk may be defending her UFC women’s strawweight title on November 7th against Valerie Letourneau, but that hasn’t stopped her from already setting her sights on another UFC championship.
Jedrzejczyk has yet to taste defeat in her MMA career, and is looking to add another championship to her collection.
She spoke to Karyn Bryant on Fox Sports 1 as transcribed by MMAMania:
“I want to defend my title. I want to fight for maybe two or three years more. I want to be a legend in the future. Maybe if UFC is going to make 125 I would like to become a world champion in the 125 division.”
Do you think Jedrzejczyk has what it takes to win a flyweight championship if the UFC adds a women’s strawweight division?
