UFC commentator Joe Rogan is an honest guy, that’s for sure. We all remember that time he gave it to UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub straight and told him to his face that he didn’t have what it takes to compete with the top fighters in the sport.

And it’s apparent it’s not just his friends that he’s honest with. While a guest on his podcast a guy who practices Aikido tried to explain to Rogan how it’s very effective and useful.
