“Karate Hottie” Responds to Jessica Penne’s Challenge

‘The Karate Hottie’ Michelle Waterson will finally have her opportunity to prove her mettle in the octagon tonight when she faces Angela Magana on the main card of “The Ultimate Fighter: ATT vs. Blackzilians Finale”.

Waterson isn’t even one fight into her UFC run and she is already getting called out by fellow UFC strawwerights. While her sights are surely set on Magana, Waterson has to watch her back as Jessica Penne wants a shot at redemption.

In 2013, Penne lost her Invicta FC Atomweight Championship to Waterson when she walked into an armbar. Penne claimed the victory was a fluke, but Waterson told MMA Fighting, “I’ll fight her any other day, it’ll be the same result,” Waterson said. “I mean, I’ve got her number.”

“I think it would be a pretty hyped fight,” Waterson continued. “There’s a lot of bad blood behind it. But it’s whatever they give me. My eye is on the gold, not Jessica Penne. She didn’t win.”
