Miesha Tate Insists: ‘I’m Still Rousey’s Biggest Threat’
UFC bantamweight Miesha Tate might not be getting the next crack at champ Ronda Rousey, even though it was basically promised to her, but she’s still holding tight to the thought that she’s Rousey’s biggest challenge.
The UFC decided to go with Holly Holm instead of Tate, who’s lost to Rousey twice already. The world was shocked, especially Tate, who has already started training for her third fight with the champ.
Now, she’ll have to watch Holm do her best to dethrone the seemingly unbeatable Rousey. But no matter who’s fighting Rousey, Tate insist that she is in fact the biggest threat to the unbeaten bantamweight.
Here’s what she told FOX Sports:
“I’m telling you I have made the necessary changes in my camp and I realized the mistakes and I know what I’m up against now. I know more of her tendencies, I know what she feels like, and I want it more than anybody else does and I want it more than I’ve ever wanted it.”
“She knows I am her biggest challenge, I am her biggest threat. Taking emotion completely out of it, it’s just a fact. I pose the biggest threat, the biggest challenge to her.”
