Miocic Explains Explicit Tweet After Werdum Beat Velasquez

“I was kind of upset a little bit. You know, I put my time in, I fought top ranked guys the last couple fights. I built myself up to come up to that level and get my shot at the title, you know and it really upset me that a guy would just jump me like that.”

“You know I texted [UFC president Dana White] ’cause I heard that rumor about Arlovski getting, so I kinda went ‘Hey you know, don’t mean to bother you but I heard a rumor that Arlovski will get the fight and you know…’ No, so nothing yet, but he’s a busy man too.”

UFC heavyweight Stipe Miocic wasn’t happy when rumors came out that said Andrei Arlovski would be getting the next title shot. When he heard that rumor he sent out a tweet saying, “F@$% it.”
