The planned lightweight fight between former title holder Benson Henderson and surging contender Michael Johnson will not be happening at July’s “TUF 21 Finale” event. According to a report from MMAFighting.com, Henderson was forced to withdraw from the fight, which was never officially announced by the UFC, due to undisclosed reasons.

UFC announced that it will be returning to the Saitama Super Arena on the 27th September 2015 with UFC Fight Night Japan. This will be the fourth UFC event in Japan and the second event in Asia this year. In addition to bringing fans a live event, UFC have also confirmed that they are producing a brand new reality TV show, “Road to UFC Japan”, which will follow eight Japanese mixed martial arts (MMA) hopefuls who will be competing against each other for the opportunity to win a UFC contract.

The TUF 21 Finale was originally slated to take place in Florida, this to coincide with this season’s American Top Team vs. Blackzillians reality show competition. However, UFC officials announced today that the popular TV series will now be capped off in Sin City.
