“I’ve always wanted to fight him. I always thought I would have been a good match up for him, although I may not have showed it recently, but honestly I’ve looked up to GSP a shit ton. I’ve learned more from him than just about any other fighter. Probably more than anything, the way he turned his career around. He came in the UFC and came up pretty fast, but then he lost to (Matt) Hughes, came back and beat Hughes. Lost to (Matt) Serra, came back and beat Serra. The way he’s able to evolve and able to find a way to win, it’s very respectable. He just found a way.”
