Dan Henderson is expected to meet Vitor Belfort for the third time in their careers in Brazil at “UFC Fight Night 77”. The fight is set to take place on November 7th and each fighter possess a victory over their opponent. “Hendo” thinks he has what it takes to handily defeat “The Phenom” this time around, however. Their first meeting took place at PRIDE 32 in Las Vegas, Nevada after Zuffa bought the Japanese based company. The two legends went the distance and Henderson took home the exciting victory, but Belfort would avenge his loss years later in the octagon at UFC Fight Night 32.

Dominick Cruz has only stepped foot in the octagon once within the last four years thanks to a pair of ACL injuries that has kept him on the sidelines. Before suffering the injury, Cruz defended his championship against Demetrious Johnson and Urijah Faber and established himself as a dominant champion in a short amount of time. The injuries ultimately cost him his belt as UFC was forced to strip him due to inactivity. While he was gone, TJ Dillashaw reigned supreme and solidified himself as a viable champion when he picked apart the then-unstoppable Renan Barao twice. Now, Cruz and Dillashaw are on a collision course and are expected to clash at the beginning of 2016.

It has been the busiest, most grueling year of the Olympian’s MMA career and he is ready to take some time off from the cage. BUT… not before he shows Kenny Florian some love. Former UFC fighter Kenny Florian has found a home with the company after retiring when he signed on to become a UFC on FOX analyst, as well as a commentator for live events. While on “UFC Tonight”, Florian sits alongside Cormier to give fans weekly updates of the going-ons in the world of MMA. Gennady Golovkin Defeats David Lemieux via TKO

Saturday night Gennady Golovkin became the unified middleweight champ as he put David Lemieux away in the 8th round. While the fight was close to ending in the 5th when Golovkin landed a brutal liver shot, Lemieux was able to survive several more rounds before the referee had enough in the 8th and called the fight.
