Alirstair Overeem is coming off a quick KO loss to Ben Rothwell earlier this month, but still found some time to go check out a youth kickboxing practice, and captured the moment on his Instagram.

Overeem will face Stefan Struve at UFC on FOX 13 on December 13th.
