Poirier vs. Duffy rebooked for UFC 195
Dustin Poirier’s strategy to shoulder criticism and wait for the UFC to rebook a fight with Joseph Duffy worked.
Poirier vs. Duffy has been rebooked for UFC 195 on January 2nd according to MMAJunkie.
The fight was initially scheduled to go down at ‘UFC Fight Night: Dublin’ this past Saturday, however a concussion forced Duffy out of the bout.
Poirier is currently riding a 2-fight win streak that has seen ‘The Diamond’ stop Carlos Diego Ferreira and Yancy Medeiros via KO/TKO.
Duffy on the other hand is riding a 4-fight win streak that has also seen him pick up back to back 1st round stoppage wins in the UFC.
UFC 195 will be headlined by Robbie Lawler and Carlos Condit.
