Alex Oliveira and Piotr Hallmann clashed in the octagon at “UFC Fight Night 77” to decide who the superior lightweight was on Saturday night. Oliveira answered that question in the third round when his right fist connected with the jaw of Hallmann!

Hallmann was holding his own throughout the fight up until the last minute where Oliveira connected with a right hand. Hallmann seemed fine and continued to throw strikes, but Oliveira immediately followed up with ANOTHER right hand that sent Hallmann crashing to the canvas. Oliveira landed another shot before the referee stepped in to wave the fight off; Hallmann’s eyes were open, but it was clear nobody was home.
