Report: Anderson Silva Failed A Second Drug Test

Former UFC middleweight champion Anderson “The Spider” Silva has seen better days.

Following very controversial news that he had failed an out-of-competition drug test for steroids, reports are now coming out that he failed a second test as well.

MMAJunkie.com has it:

Multiple sources close to the situation on Wednesday confirmed to MMAjunkie that Silva failed a second drug test in relation to UFC 183…. That test was administered on Jan. 9 and was considered an out-of-competition screening. The former middleweight champion, however, passed a Jan. 19 test for human growth-hormone, as well as performance-enhancing drugs. The date of Silva’s second failed test is not yet known….

MMAJunkie is also reporting that Silva’s camp has yet to request his sample B be screened, a usual step when a dispute is forthcoming.
