Rockhold’s video statement: Should champ Weidman be worried?
http://youtu.be/deR_FRGdTrQ
Luke Rockhold, at times, can be a man of many words. In this short video response by Rockhold (via Shootmedia), he attempts to make this a “bilingual bloodbath” heading up to one of the two title fights on Dec 12th.
Rockhold (14-2 MMA 4-1 UFC) submitted Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida by rear RNC (rear naked choke) back in April. All of the former Strikeforce champion’s victories inside the octagon have all been finishes. Chris Weidman’s (13-0 MMA 8-0 UFC) five of those eight wins saw finishes that led to submissions or KO/TKO’s.
The AKA product with a blackbelt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will meet his place in history against the man that beat who many believed to be one the greatest fighters to step foot in the octagon. Will Chris Weidman have a different plan going into the fight lighter than normal? Will AKA add another champ to the list? All questions to be answered at UFC 194. As always enjoy the short video.
