Rodrigo Damm vs. Hacran Dias removed from UFC Fight Night 29

By Chris Taylor - October 6, 2013

A featherweight bout that was slated to feature Rodrigo Damm (11-6 MMA, 2-1 UFC) taking on Hacran Dias (21-2-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) has been scratched from the upcoming ‘UFC Fight Night 29’ event in Brazil.

According to a report from MMA Fighting, Rodrigo Damm was suffering from kidney stones during his weight cut and was forced off the card.

It marks the second time that Damm has been forced out of a fight due to kidney related problems, as he was previously forced to withdraw from the semi finals of ‘TUF: Brazil 1’ early last year, with apparent ‘kidney issues.’
