Josh Thomson And Ross Pearson Agree To A Slugfest, UFC Says No

It seems more and more that fighters are using social media to try and book their next opponent. Check out the back and forth between UFC lightweights Josh Thomson and Ross Pearson, who agreed to put on a show. Unfortunately Thomson tweeted later that the UFC’s matchmaker denied his request. News then broke the day after that Thomson would face Tony Ferguson instead. Either way, it’s always fun to see fighters interacting on social media. Enjoy:
