Tumenov To Story: ‘Let’s Put On A Show’
This past weekend at “UFC Fight Night Stockholm”, Albert Tumenov scored a unanimous decision win over Nico Musoke.
The win was his 3rd under the UFC banner, extending his win streak to 3, after dropping his UFC debut to Ildemar Alcantara.
Tumenov is looking to build momentum and crack the UFC’s top 10, and in his eyes, that starts with Rick Story.
“Everything is great. I’m feeling so good after the win. The plan was to move around and to jab a lot and to keep control of the cage and we did everything the way we were supposed to, according to the plan.”
“I want to fight top fighters; top 15 at least. Specifically I would like to fight Rick Story. I have a lot of respect for him. I think he’s a good fighter and me and him would make an exciting fight; we’d put on a show.”
“My goal is by the end of this year is to prove that I belong in the top 10, and to continue, prove that I am one of the most underrated fighters in the UFC, and get closer to the title.”
