‘UFC 191: Johnson vs. Dodson’ Drug Test Results Come Back Clean
Good news, all the drug tests from UFC 191 came back negative, as in, clean.
UFC 191 featured a flyweight title fight in the main event, between champ Demetrious Johnson and challenger John Dodson. It was a rematch of a very close first fight, but this time around it was all Johnson. The champ dominated and shut Dodson down for all five rounds, en route to a unanimous decision.
In the co-main event, we saw a highly anticipated yet drastically underwhelming fight between heavyweights Frank Mir and Andrei Arlovski. After three rounds of lackluster action Arlovski walked away with the somewhat controversial decision.
According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, all drug tests from the night of fights came back clean. Johnson and Dodson were the only two fighters on the card that were subjected to out-of-competition drug testing. Those also came back clean.
