UFC Fight Night 45 Medical Suspensions Report
The State of New Jersey has suspended several participants from last night’s UFC Fight Night 45 event, some for a very long time.
UFC Fight Night 45: Cerrone vs. Miller’ took place from the Revel Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.
Among the suspended are main event fighter, Jim Miller, who must be cleared by doctors before returning to action.
The full list of suspensions is as follows:
Jim Miller was suspended for 30 days with no contact for a knockout loss. He was also suspended indefinitely pending the outcome of an x-ray of his right forearm, as well as an abdominal ultrasound.
Evan Dunham was suspended for 30 days with no contact for a TKO loss.
Joe Proctor was suspended for 30 days with no contact for left temporal hematoma healing.
Justin Salas was suspended for 30 days with no contact for TKO loss and for facial laceration healing.
Alptekin Ozkilic was suspended for 30 days with no contact for TKO loss. He was also suspended indefinitely pending the results of a CT head scan.
Alex White was suspended for 45 days for right eye laceration healing, as well as 30 days with no contact for a knockout loss. He was also suspended indefinitely pending the results of a CT head scan and neurological examination.
Jessamyn Duke was suspended for 30 days with no contact for a TKO loss. She was also suspended indefinitely pending x-rays and orthopedic clearance of her left hand.
Hugo Viana was suspended for 30 days with no contact for a TKO loss.
Tina Lahdemaki was suspended for 60 days with no contact for recovery. She was also suspended indefinitely pending opthalmological clearance of her right eye.
