UFC Fight Night 53 Bonus Report

UFC Fight Night 53 produced $50,000 bonuses for four fighters, as Charles Rosa, Dennis Siver, Max Holloway and Mike Wilkinson all picked an added check for their respective performances today in Sweden.

Max Holloway received a “performance bonus” for his first-round knockout victory over fellow featherweight Akira Corassani in the evenings co-main event.

Meanwhile, Mike Wilkinson received his “performance bonus” for upsetting Niklas Backstrom, who he knocked out in the very first round of their main card bout.

Featherweights Dennis Siver and Charles Rosa received $50,000 each for their “fight of the night” performance on the cards prelims. Siver took home the decision win, but Rosa proved to be a very game opponent and was fighting on only a weeks notice.
