It was an emotional homecoming for Ireland’s Aisling Daly.
Daly came out quick in the first, putting pressure on Almeida from the get go. Ultimately Daly’s control of the fight and her total accumulation of significant strikes was enough to earn her a judges decision in front of her Irish crowd.
